5x8-hour shifts, days

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience as a Sterile Processing Technician in a clinical or hospital environment Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician welcome, but not required (roles available for both certified and non-certified candidates) Knowledge of sterilization processes, surgical instrument handling, decontamination, and assembly techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established safety protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, assemble, package, and sterilize instruments and medical supplies Operate and monitor sterilization equipment according to established procedures Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, inventory, and instrument use Collaborate with nursing and surgical staff to ensure readiness and availability of supplies for procedures Uphold strict infection prevention and patient safety guidelines
