Position Structure Schedule:
5x8-hour day shifts
Key Qualifications:
Experience with nursing or sterile processing practices SPT - Certified and Non-certified considered Ability to adhere to established infection control standards Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Maintain proper records and inventory of sterile supplies Collaborate with surgical teams and ensure timely delivery of prepared instruments Participate in process improvement and uphold practice standards Follow all regulatory requirements and facility protocols
