Day Shift Desired Experience:
Experience in nursing sterile processing Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST) preferred Non-certified Sterile Processing Technicians with strong experience are also welcome Solid understanding of infection control principles and sterilization standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment following strict infection prevention protocols Inspect and verify the cleanliness and function of all tools and trays Properly document sterilization processes and inventory usage Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to fulfill urgent and routine instrument requests Maintain a clean, organized workspace to facilitate safe operations
