Travel Assignment Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) 40 hours per week No on-call requirement Job Description "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to support sterile processing operations in a surgical services environment. This role focuses on cleaning, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments to ensure safe and efficient operating room support. Key Responsibilities Reprocess and sterilize surgical instruments Perform decontamination and assembly of trays and sets Ensure compliance with sterile processing standards Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of instruments Support OR teams with timely instrument readiness Follow infection control and safety protocols Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent sterile processing experience required HSPA Certification preferred Knowledge of surgical instrument handling and sterilization procedures Ability to work overnight shifts consistently Strong attention to detail and safety compliance For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
