$21.08•31.62/hr +

Shift Differentials Shifts:

Evening:

3pm-11:30pm

Days:

7:00am•3:30pm

Nights:

11:00pm-7:30am

What You'll Do:

Techs:

Clean, sterilize, and prep surgical instruments Ensure quality and safety for patient care Label and distribute sterile items

Leads:

Coordinate daily SPD operations Mentor and train techs Liaison with OR staff Support quality improvement

Requirements:

Techs:

HS Diploma 1+ yr hospital SPT experience HSPA or CBSPD certification preferred

Leads:

CRCST or CSPDT required 3+ yrs sterile processing experience Strong knowledge of sterilization & decontamination Experience mentoring or educating staff
