Compensation:
Travel Rate:
$38.03/hour
Local Rate:
$32/hour Local candidates accepted
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sterile Processing Technician to support sterilization operations and workflow coordination in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will ensure proper handling, processing, and tracking of surgical instruments while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity of tray contents before and after sterilization Coordinate with vendors, clinical teams, and internal staff to ensure timely processing of instruments Track and document tray movement throughout the sterilization cycle Oversee daily workflow and production in collaboration with leadership Prioritize workloads to ensure operational efficiency Provide guidance and oversight to technicians as needed Maintain compliance with sterilization standards and quality protocols
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 3-5 years of hands-on Sterile Processing experience Strong experience with loaner and consignment tray management Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Certifications:
CRCST or CSPDT certification required BLS certification required
Additional Requirements:
