Job Type:
Per Diem (Shifts based on operational needs) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to support clinical operations by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained in accordance with strict infection control standards. Key Responsibilities Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment following established infection control protocols Prepare treatment rooms with properly sterilized tools and materials Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment safely and efficiently Monitor and document sterilization cycles, maintaining accurate records Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the sterilization area Dispose of hazardous and biohazardous waste in compliance with safety regulations Participate in team huddles and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
Skills & Experience Required:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred:
Previous experience in dental or medical sterilization Education High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications Preferred:
