Sterilization Technician

We are seeking a sterilization technician who is eager to join our enthusiastic, goal-oriented team of professionals. We are uncompromising in the pursuit of excellent patient care and outcomes. Periodontic Associates of Port Huron is an established, community minded practice committed to providing the absolute best experience for our patients and the valued practitioners who refer them to us for treatment. This position would involve cleaning and sterilizing dental instruments, breaking down and setting up dental treatment rooms for surgery, restocking of supplies, laundry, cleaning and disinfecting around the office, and recording information into computer charts for the hygienists. No previous experience or education is required. We are looking for a person who is happy, cheerful and hardworking. Being able to work as a cohesive member of a team is an important skill.

Education:

Graduation from an accredited high school or GED is required

Experience:

Not necessary. We will train the right person.

Compensation:

This is an hourly position that typically works at least 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Other time commitments outside these parameters will occur occasionally to accommodate practice volume or goals. Hourly wage is commensurate with experience, ranging from $16 - $18 per hour.
