Sterile Processing Techs (SPT) | Night | Weekly Pay

Job Description:

The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing surgical instruments and medical equipment for patient care. This role supports surgical and clinical teams by ensuring all tools are safe, properly assembled, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Inspect instruments for cleanliness and functionality Assemble and package instrument trays and case carts Monitor sterilization processes using biological and chemical indicators Maintain accurate records using instrument tracking systems (e.g., CensiTrac) Follow infection control and safety standards at all times Support operating room and clinical staff before, during, and after procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile processing Certification (CBSPD or

HSPA/CRCST

) preferred or required Knowledge of sterilization techniques and surgical instruments Experience with instrument tracking systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay:

$30.00 - $31.00 per hour
