Bethpage, NY Facility:
Offsite reprocessing center.
Shift:
Days, Eve, Nights 5x8, 37.5
Hrs/Week Duration:
8 weeks with possible extension
Required:
BLS from
AHA HSPA or CBSPD Covid Flu Duties:
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Assemble and package surgical instrument trays and sets
  • Inspect instruments for damage or defects and report any issues
  • Follow proper procedures for decontamination, sterilization, and storage of instruments
  • Maintain accurate records of instrument processing activities
  • Collaborate with surgical team to ensure availability of sterile instruments during procedures
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment This position requires a high level of attention to detail and adherence to strict protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
