SPD EXEMPTION

â¿¿ Requirement shall not apply to an individual working within PA facilities who has been employed as a central services technician on or before the effective date of PA Act 80 effective 12/29/2020. New hires within New Jersey and Pennsylvania facilities must obtain Certification from a certified sterile processing technician program within 18 months of date of hire.
