Manage inventory levels of sterile supplies, accurately tracking stock and reordering as needed to prevent shortages. Prepare sterilized instruments for upcoming surgeries by organizing and packaging them according to protocol. Maintain detailed records of sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and inventory logs for compliance and quality assurance. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all necessary sterile supplies are available promptly for procedures. Follow strict infection control protocols and safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a sterile environment at all times.
