Our office focuses on General Dentistry, Dental Implants, Dentures, and IV Sedation. This is a great opportunity for an assistant who is experienced, motivated, and excited to expand their clinical skillset in a progressive, team-driven environment. We've built a practice centered around systems, consistency, and cross-training—so our team can feel confident, supported, and prepared throughout the day. Why Our Team Chooses Take 2 We are Alaska's first practice dedicated exclusively to full-arch dental implants. Our team works in a structured, fully digital environment where every phase of treatment is completed under one roof—from planning and surgery to final restoration. We also operate as a cross-trained team, meaning we support each other beyond just our primary roles. Assistants are trained to help with scheduling, phones, and patient coordination when needed—creating a more efficient day and a stronger, more connected team. Our in-house lab and guided workflow allow us to deliver high-level care while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow in surgical and implant dentistry while being part of a team that values accountability, systems, and collaboration.
What We're Looking For:

Primary Responsibilities:
Decontaminate and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms Assist providers with surgical and general procedures Maintain organization and efficiency throughout the clinical day Support patient flow, including room turnover and restocking Assist with front office support when needed (phones, scheduling, patient coordination)
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
