  • San Francisco We are looking for a confident, experienced Surgical Assistant to join our fast-paced oral surgery practice.
We are open to candidates from dental or medical backgrounds , including: Oral Surgery Assistants Surgical / OR Technicians ER/ED Technicians Medical Assistants or Medical Technicians with surgical/emergency experience Dental Assistants with strong IV sedation or surgical experience Qualifications Comfortable working with IV-sedated patients Experienced with patient monitoring and vital signs Able to recognize when a patient's condition is changing Familiar with emergency protocols and emergency equipment Calm, focused, and able to respond quickly during an airway, breathing, or other medical emergency Able to follow the surgeon's instructions immediately and accurately under pressure Confident, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment Oral surgery experience is preferred but not required if you have strong hands-on experience in an ER, OR, surgical, emergency, anesthesia, or IV-sedation setting. We are willing to train the right person on oral surgery procedures. What is most important to us is clinical judgment, patient-monitoring experience, emergency readiness, confidence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience. We are willing to offer excellent compensation for the right candidate.
