In this vital role, you will support our oral surgeon during complex procedures and consultations, ensuring patient comfort and safety, while delivering high-quality pre-and post-operative patient care. Duties Assist the surgeon during procedures; seat patients and take vitals Monitor anesthesia and ensure completion of consents and treatment plans Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions Obtain and track medical clearances Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and radiation safety standards Take diagnostic radiographs using proper exposure and positioning Accurately document patient care in the EMR Prepare, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment Deliver a calm, professional, and positive patient experience Collaborate effectively with providers and team members Support additional projects as needed
Requirements Safety Adherent:
Follow strict safety guidelines and procedures according to OSHA and office standards.

Maintain a positive rapport with patients and team members through excellent interpersonal skills.

Effectively communicate verbally with patients and staff in a clear and professional manner.

Certifications and Safety Requirements:
