St. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a full-time, day shift Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Boise Inpatient Medical/Surgical team! • Overview The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and engaging staff on designated unit or units based on size, ensuring best practice are followed with adherence to established policies and procedures. Additionally, the ANM provides guidance, mentoring, coaching and development of staff, and ensures execution of action plans to improve staff development and employee engagement.

Nursing Experience:
3 years nursing experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
