Job Description
Job Overview Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) to support a busy Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have strong experience assisting in Orthopedic, General Surgery, Neuro, Vascular, GYN, Urology, and DaVinci Robotic procedures while providing exceptional intraoperative patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons during complex surgical procedures. Prepare and maintain sterile fields using aseptic technique. Provide first-assist support during orthopedic, neuro, vascular, general, GYN, urology, and robotic surgeries. Handle surgical instruments, retract tissues, assist with hemostasis, and wound closure. Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure safe and efficient surgical care. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to surgical safety protocols. Schedule Details 13-Week Contract Day Shift | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM 40 Guaranteed Hours per
