Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Busy Oral Surgery office is seeking a full-time assistant who is self-motivated, detail oriented, energetic, friendly and flexible.
Qualifications:
Experience in oral surgery or dental assisting with X-ray and IV sedation experience preferred.
BLS/ACLS
certification perferred. Taking patients vital signs, diagnostic x-rays. Monitoring the patients while the surgeon administers anesthesia. Provide patients with treatment plans, pre-op and post-op instructions. Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, preparing surgical tray set ups and assisting the surgeon during the procedure. Medical record documentation of all patient care. Keeping treatment rooms stocked. Understand and abide by
HIPPA & OSHA
regulations. Assist with office cleaning & equipment maintenance.
