A true 'WOW' treatment presentation. We use HD intraoral cameras, fully-digital patient charts, 3D implant planning, guided and freehand implant placement, stacked and guided full-arch rehabilitation and much more.

• About this position:
• The Lead Dental/Surgical Assistant sets the clinical tone for all aspects of the doctor's interactions with the patients, from cleanliness to professionalism, and from initial new patient examination, to surgery, post-op, final photographs and reviews!
• This position brings together a group of DAs whose primary responsibilities each day should be patient care, efficiency, positive attitude, detailed accountability, continual growth, having fun, building relationships and excellent clinical outcomes.

The Life of our

Lead Dental/Surgical Assistant:

• Arriving 15 minutes before start time, to be ready to go at 7:30am helping lead Morning Huddle.
• Caring for patients who are interested in the best dentistry/surgery in Springfield.
• Working in a high-tech dental office (tech training is provided).
• Treating every patient with a servant's heart.
• Seeing between 6-8 patients each day, including New Patient exams.
• Controlling inventory management and meeting clinical budget KPIs.
• Using all advanced equipment with the utmost care and ownership.
• Supporting the hygienist, if required.
• Overseeing and completing all opening and closing duties, as a team.
