The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clinical staff and surgeons to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role requires a commitment to excellence, being reliable, detail oriented and a team player, and the ability to perform various clinical tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in patient care including aiding in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients at the direction of the surgeon. Assisting in procedures such as suturing, administering injections, and assisting in surgeries and administration of intravenous anesthesia. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on post-operative care, and medication management. Ensure infection control protocols are followed diligently within the clinic. Maintenance of equipment, including the use of 3D scanners and aseptic techniques. Maintaining inventory, and ordering. Requirements Experience is welcomed, will provide training. Proficiency in using 3D scanners is a plus. Understanding of oral surgery and surgical operations is beneficial but not required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Ability to perform clinical tasks with precision while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
