The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment. This individual will work closely with our surgeons to provide exceptional clinical support while helping create an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients arrive until they leave our office. Qualifications Preferred DANB and/or DAANCE certification Previous oral surgery or surgical assisting experience Previous dental assisting experience Experience with dental practice management software What We're Looking For Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Warm, friendly, and professional personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Dependable and accountable for your performance Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Assist the oral surgeon during oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures Welcome patients and prepare them for treatment with compassion and professionalism Review and update patients' medical histories Monitor and recover patients following IV sedation procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for surgical procedures Sterilize, organize, and prepare surgical instruments Take CBCT scans and panoramic radiographs Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment Help ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience throughout their visit Why Join River Ridge?
