About us Are you a dental assistant who enjoys surgery, implants, and working in a fast-paced specialty environment? Northwest Periodontics & Implants is a leading periodontal and dental implant practice serving the Eastside with locations in Issaquah and Redmond. We are known for clinical excellence, advanced technology, and a collaborative team culture focused on providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to assist with advanced periodontal and implant procedures while developing specialized surgical skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Four-day work week Competitive compensation Medical benefits 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Continuing education opportunities Modern technology and digital workflows Collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement What You'll Do Assist with periodontal and dental implant surgeries Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment Obtain radiographs and diagnostic records Support patient care before, during, and after procedures Educate patients on post-operative instructions and treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Manage surgical inventory and supplies Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience Ideal Candidate Dental assisting experience required Surgical, implant, periodontal, oral surgery, or specialty experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stay calm and efficient in a surgical environment Eagerness to learn and expand clinical skills Passion for providing exceptional patient care We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong dental assisting fundamentals, excellent work ethic, and a genuine interest in surgical dentistry.
