Category Nursing - CVOR Tech Job Type Contract Take your career to the next level as a CVOR Tech in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting cardiac surgical teams and ensuring optimal patient care. This contract role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through specialized clinical expertise and collaboration.
Schedule:
8-hour day shifts 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through
Friday Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CVOR Tech or in a similar cardiovascular surgical setting Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Strong knowledge of CVOR instruments, supplies, and procedures Proficient in maintaining sterile techniques and supporting operating room protocols Current certification or eligibility as required by the state Excellent organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments for cardiovascular procedures Assist surgeons and nurses during cardiac operations by anticipating needs Ensure strict adherence to sterile field and safety guidelines Monitor inventory and restock supplies for CVOR procedures Document procedural details and communicate effectively with the surgical team Support patient care through meticulous attention to detail and responsiveness
