Qualifications:

Experience as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) or Surgical Technologist Non-certified and certified Surgical Technologists will be considered Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, and surgical procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a focus on safety standards

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up operating rooms and preparing surgical instruments Support the surgical team throughout procedures by managing instruments and supplies Ensure strict adherence to sterile field and infection control protocols Safely handle specimens and maintain accurate documentation Contribute to patient safety and positive outcomes by anticipating surgical needs Maintain a clean and organized environment before, during, and after surgeries
