Job Description

Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (Night Shift)
Location:
Apple Valley, CA Assignment Duration:
13 weeks (Travel Contract)
Start Date:
August 11, 2026
Schedule:
12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours weekly, Night Shift)
Compensation:
$1,600 - $2,000 weekly gross Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, ensuring instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and ready. Scrub and assist surgeons during procedures across multiple specialties. Maintain sterile field and uphold infection prevention standards. Document patient care and surgical activities accurately. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work night shifts with weekend coverage as required (may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs).
Requirements Experience:
Minimum 2 years requiredRequired Case Types General Surgery Orthopedics (including Spine and Total Joints) Urology Endoscopy / Laparoscopic procedures Vascular Gynecology (Abdominal Hysterectomy, C‑sections, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy)
Licenses/Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) National certification via NBSTSA or NCCT accepted
Hard Stop:
Must have Spine and Total Joint experience Scrubbing experience required Inpatient experience required #Allied2026
Pay:
$1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per week
