(Spanish and English) Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, including equipment and sterile instruments Ensure proper sterile field setup and maintenance throughout procedures Anticipate surgeon needs and assist during procedures Perform instrument counts and assist with room turnover Handle specimens according to protocol Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
