About the
Role:
Radiology Partners, LLC is looking for a Radiologic Technologist to assist physicians perform pain management and orthopedic procedures with fluoroscopic guidance. You'll work closely with the health care team on location to ensure safety, comfort, and efficacy of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate, accommodate feedback, and anticipate physician and patient needs and preferences. This position will be based primarily in Burlingame, CA but additional hours may be available at additional centers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The surgery centers are very team oriented, you will be working with a lot of the same doctors and surgery teams, creating a consistent work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Position imaging equipment and adjust controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of the procedure. Position patient on examining table and set up and adjust equipment to obtain optimum view of specific body area as directed by physician. Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan. Obtain diagnostic images while practicing ALARA techniques to reduce dose to patients and staff. Assist with room turnover Record and maintain exam records, and send images to PACS system Work as part of a health care team to provide patient care with a high degree of tact, courtesy, and respect for a diverse patient population Benifits Monday thru Friday No nights No weekends Paid Vacation and Holiday pay Paid sick leave Paid mileage Half Shifts to Full Shifts available Licenses and Certifications CRT

  • Basic Life Support ARRT
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CA Radiology Tech License California fluoroscopy license Our ideal candidate is experienced in pain management and spine surgery; however, candidates with a positive attitude and a strong desire to excel are welcome to apply.
