Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program is required or strongly preferred. At least one (1) year of hospital experience, with current operating room experience preferred. First assist positions prefer three to five years of technologist experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credentials are preferred.
