1 Description American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist First Assistant with strong Ortho, Neuro, ENT, and Robotics experience for a 13-week hospital OR travel assignment in Daytona Beach, FL. Details Hospital operating room setting with a diverse surgical caseload Specialties include Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and Robotic-assisted procedures 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week On-call requirement of a minimum of 1-2 calls per week, plus one 24-hour weekend day call per month During 24-hour weekend call, an Assistant Nurse Manager covers daytime hours and a Charge is available overnight — no board running or scheduling of cases required Requirements Strong experience in Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, ENT, and Robotic-assisted surgical procedures required First assist experience required License required if applicable Additional Information Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler Two doses of the
COVID-19
vaccine are required, or an approved declination form; boosters are not currently required A copy of your COVID vaccination card is required for consideration
