Certifications:

CERT-NBSTSA- CST SSN

Required DOB Required Work History:

Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year At least 9 of the last 12 months working in CVOR Experience w/ Open heart (CABG), LVADS, Aortic & Mitral Valve replacement procedures, ECMO , Aortic Dissections and Elephant truck procedures
