HCA Healthcare is seeking an OR Hybrid Tech to support surgical and interventional procedures in our advanced hybrid operating rooms. In this role, you'll prepare and maintain sterile fields, operate imaging and OR equipment, and assist surgeons and clinical teams during complex cardiovascular and minimally invasive procedures. You'll monitor patients and equipment, document accurately, and ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile fields and OR setups for hybrid procedures. Operate and troubleshoot imaging and hybrid OR equipment (e.g., C-arm, fluoroscopy). Assist surgeons and clinicians during cardiovascular and minimally invasive procedures. Monitor patient status and equipment readings, reporting changes promptly. Adhere to strict infection prevention and safety protocols. Manage surgical instruments, implants, and supplies before, during, and after cases. Perform accurate documentation in electronic health records and procedure logs. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient case flow. Support quality improvement and compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing education, competencies, and skills development.
