Naples, FL Schedule:
Flexible Shifts Available Pay:
$33.00 per hour Join a skilled operating room team where every day is hands-on. As a CVOR Surgical Technician, you'll scrub for surgeries, assist the team, and ensure patients receive top-notch care. Flexible shifts are available, giving you control over your schedule and a chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced OR environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ High School diploma or GED required + Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program + National certification or certification eligible + BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross + Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows + Able to follow surgical protocols and maintain asepsis + Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Scrub for operative and invasive procedures + Assist with circulating duties under RN supervision as needed + Maintain asepsis in the surgical suite and observe team technique + Track implants and handle equipment per manufacturer guidelines + Identify opportunities to reduce waste and control costs + Efficiently set up and turn over ORs + Scrub cases across multiple services efficiently + Demonstrate flexibility to support workflow and assignments + Teach, demonstrate, and measure competency on specialty equipment + Restock department supplies as needed + Contribute to customer service and expense reduction initiatives annually Background Screening Requirement (Florida): This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse in accordance with Florida law (Section 435.12).
