Active license/certification in Surgical Technology (if certified) Experience as a Surgical Technologist, Certified or Non-Certified, or Nursing - ORT Proficient with operating room procedures, instrumentation, and aseptic techniques Strong ability to remain focused and organized during procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to evolving clinical needs

Assist surgical team before, during, and after procedures Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgery Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols Support nursing staff and surgeons in delivering quality care to patients Document operative details and assist with cleanup post-procedure
