6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Weekend and Holiday Coverage Required Call Coverage Required No Block Scheduling Available Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (CST) for a high-acuity Operating Room travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a skilled surgical professional with previous travel experience and Level I Trauma Center experience. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons and perioperative teams during surgical procedures while maintaining sterile technique and supporting efficient surgical workflow in a fast-paced trauma environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies for procedures Assist surgeons during operative procedures by passing instruments and supplies Maintain strict sterile technique throughout surgical cases Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and functioning Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs during operations Assist with patient positioning and OR preparation Maintain accurate surgical counts for instruments, sharps, and sponges Support infection prevention and patient safety standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff Assist with OR turnover and preparation between surgical cases Required Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required Previous travel assignment experience required Level I Trauma Center experience required Strong Operating Room surgical skills required High skills checklist rating required Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure surgical settings For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
