Schedule/Hours Four 10-hour shifts per week Variable start between 6:00 AM and 8:00
AM On-call:
One day per week and every fourth weekend Qualifications/Desired Experience Certification as a Nursing - ORT (Operating Room Technician/Scrub Tech) Prior experience in orthopedic and/or robotic-assisted surgery preferred Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation Adaptable and willing to learn new protocols and technologies BLS certification required Excellent communication and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons and nurses during orthopedic and robotic-assisted procedures Prepare and organize operating rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are sterile and available Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety Accurately document surgical case details and support post-operative processes Respond to emergency situations and participate in on-call rotations as needed Benefits and Perks Attractive travel allowances and tax-free stipends Full travel support, including transportation and housing assistance Premium compensation for travel professionals Comprehensive healthcare benefits and 401(k) retirement plan options Consistent placement offers for job security and ongoing career advancement Opportunities to experience new communities and healthcare settings Take the next step in your perioperative career while exploring a vibrant new locale.
