Schedule/Hours:

Four 10-hour shifts per week Variable start time between 6:00 am and 8:00 am On-call rotation: One day a week, every 4th weekend

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Nursing - ORT Knowledge of orthopedic and/or robotic-assisted procedures strongly preferred Demonstrated adaptability to fast-paced surgical settings Current valid nursing licensure and certifications as required Outstanding communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and skilled assistance during orthopedic and robotic surgeries Ensure optimal patient care throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and sterile technique Proactively prepare necessary instruments and equipment for each procedure
