In this energetic and fast-paced position, you will be the backbone of the operating room, ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your expertise in sterile technique, surgical instruments, and patient care will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes. Duties Prepare the operating room by sterilizing and organizing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment according to aseptic techniques. Assist surgeons and surgical teams by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies during procedures with precision and efficiency. Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention protocols, including healthcare infection control practices and sterilization standards. Support post-operative processes by sterilizing used equipment, managing medical supplies, and ensuring the OR environment remains safe and ready for subsequent surgeries.
