Impressions Face & Body is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scrub Technician to join our dynamic and dedicated surgical team. As a Scrub Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of surgeries by assisting in preparation and support of surgical procedures. Scrub Technician Responsibilities & Duties Preparing the operating room for surgery by arranging and sterilizing instruments and equipment Assisting in the selection of appropriate instruments and supplies needed for the procedure Maintaining a sterile field throughout the procedure Handing instruments and supplies to the surgeon during the procedure Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment Following infection control procedures and ensuring the operating room is clean and ready for the next surgery Documenting all necessary information in the patient's chart Scrub Technician Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited surgical technology program Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program 1-2 years previous experience in a surgical or hospital setting with plastic surgery cases (body and facial plastic experience required) First assist skillset strongly preferred Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and other surgical personnel Proficiency in the use of surgical instruments and equipment Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterilization techniques If you are a skilled and passionate Scrub Technician looking to grow your career within a leading plastic surgery and medical aesthetics organization, we would love to hear from you and welcome you to the Vos Collection team.

Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least 1-2 years previous experience in a surgical or hospital setting with plastic surgery cases?
