Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Scrub Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting ortho, spine, podiatry and pain doctors in delivering high-quality care to surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include scrubbing and asssiting physicians for surgical cases, preparing the operating room, pulling cases for surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong ortho, spine, podiatry experience and a commitment to patient care. Responsibilities Assist the registered circulating nurse to prepare the operating room. Prepare the sterile field and scrubbing for surgical cases. Assist in SPD as needed Maintain logs in the operating room. Collaborate with the registered circulating nurse to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize aseptic technique in the preparation of surgical field. Support other team members in the facility Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the operating room. Qualifications Must be a certified scrub technician with a valid certification from an accredited body. 3- 5 years of expereince required. Experience in ambulatory surgery center that includes ortho, spine, podiatry and pain care settings is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
