Job Overview Step into the operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and become an essential part of a high-performing surgical team! You'll help bring precision, focus, and energy to every procedure making sure patients receive safe, seamless, high-quality care when it matters most. In this hands-on role, you'll work side-by-side with surgeons and nurses to keep the OR running smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes every day. What You'll Do Jump into the action as the scrub tech during surgical procedures Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for the OR Help maintain a sterile, safe, and efficient surgical environment Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to keep procedures flowing Support patient safety, comfort, and excellent outcomes throughout surgery What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Current CST certification (NBSTSA) BLS Healthcare Provider certification
