Full Job Description Role:
Surgical Tech Responsibilities:
Provide sterile technical support during surgical procedures Assist surgical team with equipment and instrument setup and sterilization Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols Maintain sterile environment and assist with patient positioning Support post-operative cleanup and instrument management
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Duties:
Assist surgical team during procedures to ensure efficiency and safety Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and supplies Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Support patient care before, during, and after surgeries as needed
