Schedule/Hours:
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 0630-1900 40 hours per week Rotating weekends, on-call about 1 weekend per month Holiday call coverage required, including
Christmas Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years' CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center Demonstrated recent strong scrub experience on cardiac surgeries Previous circulating experience Current CST License and BLS certification Willingness to float to Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD as needed Must be nicotine-free
Primary Responsibilities:
Scrub and assist on complex cardiovascular surgeries Circulate in CVOR and related OR environments Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams Participate in on-call rotations including holidays
