Schedule/Hours:
Day shifts: 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) On call: 2 days/week, every other weekend required Standard schedule: 36/48 over a two-week pay period
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years current and recent Cardiovascular Scrub Tech experience Previous fresh heart surgery experience required AHA BLS certification NCCT or AST credentials Ability to float within the scope of practice Driver's license required Must reside at least 75 miles from assignment location
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide expert support during cardiovascular and fresh heart procedures Scrub in and assist surgeons, maintaining strict sterile technique Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams for optimal patient outcomes Exhibit flexibility to float as needed and cover on-call assignments Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance in all activities
