Job Overview As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Medical Surgical Unit, you'll work alongside nurses and providers to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. You'll play an important role in supporting patient comfort, safety, and recovery by assisting with daily care activities, monitoring patient status, and helping create a positive patient experience.
