JOB SUMMARY

36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday rotationShift:
7:00 PM- 7:30 AM (3x12 hours shifts) Are you passionate about patient care and looking to grow in a dynamic, supportive healthcare environment?
- 20 bed unit Mixed acuity unit with opportunities to see patients from ICU level of care through discharge Specialized population with skilled staff trained in the surgical specialty and trauma population Innovative team using evidence-based practice to support nursing autonomy and workflow Flexible scheduling
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your day-to-day impact includes: Collecting and recording essential patient data- vitals, food and fluid intake/output, and more
- with precision and care. Responding to patient needs and partnering with RNs to ensure maximum comfort and safety. Noticing the little changes that can make a big difference
- and reporting them promptly.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To qualify, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and one of the following: Current nursing student who has minimally completed two semesters or has graduated from a Registered Nurse program. Graduate of an LPN, EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant program Certified in Phlebotomy Previous Clinical Tech experience Also required: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to tailor care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations Experience in an acute care setting (preferred, not required)CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
