Ambulatory Surgery Center Wage Range:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced PRN Surgical Technologist to support our fast-paced outpatient surgery center. This is a great opportunity for a tech who enjoys variety, teamwork, and maintaining a high standard of surgical excellence in a professional, patient-focused environment. What You'll Do Assist the circulating nurse and surgical team in preparing the operating room for scheduled procedures Gather, organize, and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Demonstrate knowledge of surgical instrumentation, equipment usage, and proper instrument care and cleaning Anticipate the surgeon's needs during procedures while maintaining an efficient sterile field Apply and maintain strict aseptic technique standards in the operating room Provide care and support for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations Participate in continuing education and in-services to maintain and expand clinical skills Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and outstanding patient care Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician/Surgical Technologist program One year of recent OR experience within the last 3-5 years preferred Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical procedures Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented surgical environment Why Join Us?
