Job Description

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about surgical care? We're looking for a Surgical Scrub Tech to support operating room functions and help ensure a smooth and safe surgical experience for every patient. At Columbia Orthopaedic Group, our team is dedicated to moving patients forward through expert care, teamwork, and a patient-first approach—and you can be a part of that. What You'll Do Clean surgical instruments for the orthopedic surgery department Record vitals and maintain accurate medical records and documentation Maintain autoclave documentation Set up instruments and equipment required for procedures Sterilize equipment and manage inventory to ensure adequate surgical supplies Prepare patients for surgery Pass instruments and sterile supplies to the surgeon during procedures Perform surgical counts of instruments and supplies before and after operations Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgery What You Bring Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Scrub Technician CPR certification required Skills That Set You Apart Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stay organized and maintain focus during procedures Why Join Us?
