Job Description
Mercy is seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support surgeons and nurses in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will prepare operating rooms, arrange and manage sterile instruments, ensure proper aseptic technique, and assist during surgical procedures. Responsibilities include equipment setup, specimen handling, maintaining accurate counts, and supporting patient safety standards.
