Key Qualifications:
Certification as a CVOR Tech or equivalent Proficient in assisting with cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries Strong familiarity with sterilization protocols and surgical instrumentation Ability to function effectively under pressure in fast-paced OR settings Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude Minimum of recent experience in a hospital setting is preferred
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for CVOR procedures Assist surgeons during cardiovascular operations, ensuring optimal instrument management Monitor surgical inventory and equipment, anticipating needs for each case Adhere strictly to safety practices, infection control, and hospital protocols Collaborate with nurses and surgical staff to ensure seamless patient care
