Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Surgical Technologist, a vital member of the operating room that ensures surgical procedures are executed smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this energetic role, you will assist surgeons during procedures by preparing operating rooms, handling surgical instruments, and maintaining sterile environments. Your expertise will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes and the seamless flow of surgical services. We are seeking motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Duties Function as the scrub technologist during Labor & Delivery surgical procedures. Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment. Assemble case carts and surgical instruments according to surgeon preference cards. Assist surgeons and the OR team throughout surgical procedures. Coordinate with Sterile Processing and Materials Management to ensure the availability of instruments and supplies. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all patient safety and infection control standards. Participate in on-call rotation and support scheduled and emergency procedures. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (or equivalent military program) Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification Current AHA BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of acute care Surgical Technologist experience (Labor & Delivery or Operating Room preferred) Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety

$1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per week
